I was diagnosed with MS in 2005....

I was diagnosed with MS in 2005, my main problem area was my legs, walking for more than 15-20 minutes at a time became a real effort. This had also been a problem for about a year previous to the diagnosis.

In December 2006, 1 suffered a major relapse, which resulted in me staying in hospital for 10 days, and then just two months later 1 had another relapse and spent another week in hospital, both times it left my legs very weak, and I had to rely on crutches constantly to move around.
With the recommendation of my Neurologist, I had 4 months of physiotherapy at home, although this helped me to gradually rely less on crutches, my legs were still very weak, so much so, that when 1 sat down, I couldn't even lift them off the ground, without using my hands to assist them, also, things that I had once taken for granted, were now becoming increasingly difficult.
1 had been advised to go to the gym, in conjunction with the physio 1 was receiving, to try and strengthen the muscles, I spent a total of about 25 hrs over a 4 month period following a program in the hope that it was going to help, but unfortunately heat is a major problem with MS sufferers, so as my body temperature increased, my legs became weaker, and it would then take a couple of days afterwards for them to recover.

I was starting to think that this was as good as life was going to get, and when my sons karate instructor told me about this new concept in muscle building and strengthening that only took 5 minutes to do, making it easy for me, as 1 wouldn't get hot like I did at the gym, and at the same time I would see the results and the benefits of it much faster. Well to be honest, I was a bit skeptical that a workout that only took 5 minutes to do, could possibly work.
How wrong I was!!. 4 weeks into doing the explosive fitness training, 1 couldn't believe the difference, the strength in my legs have improved so dramatically, things that were once almost impossible for me, are now achievable, I can even jog, and cycle a short distant, something that I haven't been able to do in 2 yrs.

Not only has my physical fitness improved, but my state of mind has changed. Before I started the explosive training, I had lost all hope, now I can say 1 feel more confident about the future, just 5 minutes, a couple of times a week, has changed my life around.
I would recommend this system to anyone in the same position as me, who have tried all the conventional methods, set out by the health professionals, but have seen little or no improvement, to give the explosive fitness training a try. It could change your life, like it has mine.
